Should I Date A Man With No Religious Beliefs?

If you have Christian beliefs I would strongly suggest you consider finding someone that believes the same thing. A relationship should be fun and enjoyable. If he is pessimistic, that in itself is no fun despite his beliefs. It is important for you to hold on to your faith and not be swayed by another person’s lack of belief.

Couples that have different religious beliefs can easily find themselves going in different directions based on values and religious expectations. That won’t benefit the relationship at all and possibly destroy it. The cliche that birds of a feather flock together often stands true. The bible evens states, “Do not be misled, bad company corrupts good character.”

My suggestion is for you to stay close to God and consider the wonderful things he is doing and has done in your life. God will send the person He has for you when you begin to live for Him. There will be peace and an unexplainable sense of connection between you and the man God has for you. Throw away your wish list and let God send who you need.
